    • Preparation time: 5 minutes
    • Cooking time: 20 - 30 minutes
    • Serves: 4

Ingredients for about 1 pound of meat 

  • 1 tbsp Le Petit Mas fermented garlic flowers
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp Tamari sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger juice (or fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated)
  • Chopped parsley, to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 lb of meat (fish, turkey cutlets, chicken breast, steak)

PREPARATION

  • In a bowl, combine fermented garlic flowers, lemon, Tamari sauce, olive oil, ginger juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Pour the marinade over meat and coat it well.
  • Let it marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Depending on meat, roast it in the oven, sauté it in a pan or bake it in aluminium foil in the oven or on the barbecue.
