Canapés with horseradish and black garlic shrimp

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp dill + more to serve
- ½ green apple finely diced
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp plain yogourt
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 300 g northern shrimp
- Salt and pepper
- 2 English cucumbers cut into 1.5 cm slices
- 4 organic black garlic cloves sliced
Preparation

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the cucumbers and organic black garlic.

Using a spoon, scoop out one side of the cucumber slices to make a hollow.

Place 2 tsp of the shrimp filling in the hollow of the cucumber slices. Garnish each canapé with a generous slice of organic black garlic and a sprig of dill, if desired.
