Chicken, garlic scape and bell pepper stir-fry

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh garlic scapes cut into pieces (4-5 scapes)
- 1 bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 tbsp. Le Petit Mas fermented garlic flowers
- 2 chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 recipe of garlic scape marinade for fish and poultry
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
- Place the chicken in the marinade, then cover and marinate it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan on medium heat and fry the chicken strips. Once cooked through, remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the sliced fresh garlic scapes and bell pepper on medium heat for 2-3 minutes (the garlic scapes should be cooked but still crunchy).
- Lower the heat, place the chicken back in the pan, and add the soy sauce. Cook for about 1 minute.
