garlic scape MARINADE for fish and poultry

- Cooking time: 20 - 30 minutes
- Serves: 4
Ingredients for about 1 pound of meat
- 1 tbsp Le Petit Mas fermented garlic flowers
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp Tamari sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ginger juice (or fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated)
- Chopped parsley, to taste
- Salt and pepper

1 lb of meat (fish, turkey cutlets, chicken breast, steak)
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine fermented garlic flowers, lemon, Tamari sauce, olive oil, ginger juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Pour the marinade over meat and coat it well.
- Let it marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.

Depending on meat, roast it in the oven, sauté it in a pan or bake it in aluminium foil in the oven or on the barbecue.
