  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a bowl, combine fermented garlic flowers, mayonnaise and mustard.

  • Oil a baking sheet with some olive oil and place salmon fillet on it. Spread garlic scape mayonnaise on fish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on mayonnaise.

  • Top breadcrumbs with Parmesan, salt and pepper, to taste.
