Ingredients
- 1 tsp Le Petit Mas fermented garlic flowers
- ¼ cup plain breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 800 g fresh salmon fillet
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, combine fermented garlic flowers, mayonnaise and mustard.

Oil a baking sheet with some olive oil and place salmon fillet on it. Spread garlic scape mayonnaise on fish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on mayonnaise.
