Grilled herby potatoes with garlic scapes

Ingredients
- 1 to 2 tbsp Le Petit Mas fermented garlic flowers
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 to 2 tbsp Herbes Salées du Bas-du-Fleuve (herbs preserved with salt)
- Freshly ground pepper
- 4 medium potatoes, washed and scrubbed
Preparation

Boil potatoes in a large pot of boiling water until tender. Strain potatoes and let them cool.

While potatoes are boiling, prepare the marinade by combining fermented garlic flowers, oil, Parmesan cheese, herbs and ground pepper in a large salad or mixing bowl.

Cut potatoes in quarters, place in the salad bowl and coat thoroughly with the marinade.

Grill potatoes for about 5 minutes on the barbecue, turning them over from time to time. Once done, place potatoes in the bowl and coat them with the marinade once more.
