MINI PIZZAS with garlic scape cream cheese and shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Le Petit Mas fermented garlic flowers
- 90 ml cream cheese
- 20 cooked large shrimp
- 20 cooked asparagus spears
- 20 mini pitas
Preparation
- Combine cream cheese and fermented garlic flowers. You can also make a larger quantity (1 tsp for 100 g) and eat the rest for dinner!
- Spread garlic scape cream cheese on mini pitas. Put a large shrimp and an asparagus spear on each mini pita.

Arrange on a baking sheet and bake in the oven, preheated to 400°F (200°C), for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.
