PIZZA with QUeBEC garlic CONFIT, sausages and peppers

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup puréed Quebec-garlic confit
- 2-3 high-quality sausages, cooked and sliced (try a vegan or vegetarian option!)
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut in small chunks
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)

Preparation

- Spread puréed Quebec garlic confit on pizza dough.
- Arrange sausage slices and chunks of red bell pepper.
- Top with grated cheddar cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven, preheated to 400°F (200°C), for 20 minutes or until cheese turns lightly golden.
