PIZZA with QUeBEC garlic CONFIT, sausages and peppers

    • Cooking time: 20 minutes

  • 1/2 cup puréed Quebec-garlic confit
  • 2-3 high-quality sausages, cooked and sliced (try a vegan or vegetarian option!)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut in small chunks
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • Preparation

    • Spread puréed Quebec garlic confit on pizza dough.
    • Arrange sausage slices and chunks of red bell pepper.
    • Top with grated cheddar cheese.
    • Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven, preheated to 400°F (200°C), for 20 minutes or until cheese turns lightly golden.  


Serve this pizza with Quebec garlic confit, sausages and peppers with a green salad.
