Spring PIZZA with shrimp, ASParagus, cheese and garlic scapes

  • 1 tsp Le Petit Mas fermented garlic flowers
  • 100 g cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup or more Matane shrimp
  • 6 asparagus spears
  • 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 pizza crust (homemade or store-bought)


  • Combine fermented garlic flowers and cream cheese. Spread on pizza crust.
  • Add Matane shrimp and asparagus. Top with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake pizza crust according to package instructions (about 15 minutes at 475°F). 


This spring pizza with shrimp, asparagus, two cheeses and garlic scapes is unique and easy to make.

The garlic scape and cream cheese mixture is easier to spread when the cheese is at room temperature than when it’s just been taken out of the fridge.

Local version: use Matane shrimp and Quebec asparagus.
