This recipe offers a delightful twist by using fermented garlic scapes in two ways:

In the broth: The scapes add a tangy, complex flavor to the base of the soup.

On the bread: Spreading a spoonful of fermented garlic scapes on toasted bread creates a contrasting and flavorful crouton.
