Surefire garlic scape VINAIGRETTE

- 1 tsp Le Petit Mas fermented garlic flowers
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp whole-grain mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
Combine fermented garlic flowers, balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Serve this surefire garlic scape vinaigrette with lettuce, raw vegetables or a tomato and mozzarella/bocconcini salad.
