Ingredients
- About 2 tbsp Le Petit Mas fermented garlic flowers
- 2 pizza crusts

Olive oil, as needed
INGReDIENTS for variation 1)
- 1 pepperoni, finely sliced
- 5-6 Quebec asparagus spears, cut in pieces
- 1 to 2 green garlic or green onions, cut in pieces
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
INGReDIENTS for VARIATION 2)
- 1 to 2 tomatoes, finely sliced
- 1 zucchini, finely sliced
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 475°F.

Spread fermented garlic flowers on crust, so that it’s all covered. If needed, add olive oil to help them spread.

Arrange the ingredients of variation 1 or 2 and top with grated cheese. Over cheese, sprinkle pepper to taste.

Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese is golden.
