Ingredients
- 1 or 2 tsp Le Petit Mas fermented garlic flowers
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 4 tortillas (preferably coloured)
Preparation
- Combine fermented garlic flowers and cream cheese. Spread on tortillas (cream cheese should be thickly spread, but not too much).
- Roll the tortillas.
- Refrigerate for a few hours, then cut them into ½ inch slices.
- Top with chunks of tomatoes or olives to give them “zombie eyes.”
